Enhanced Background & Identity Verification
Every instructor undergoes a nationwide criminal background check, sex offender registry check, and identity verification. We dig deep—not just to meet legal requirements, but to exceed them. -
Abuse Prevention & Child Safety Training
All instructors complete nationally recognized training on abuse prevention, student boundaries, and mandatory reporting laws. They sign our strict Code of Conduct for working with children and teens. -
Musical Skill & Teaching Ability Assessment
We audition every instructor to ensure they have not only technical mastery but also the ability to communicate concepts clearly to different age groups, from early learners to advanced teens. -
Evergreen Standards Training
New instructors complete our proprietary onboarding program covering punctuality, communication with parents, professional appearance, in-home etiquette, and our Evergreen approach to student motivation and retention. -
Ongoing Performance Monitoring
We regularly review lesson quality, student progress, attendance, and parent feedback. Underperformance isn’t ignored—it’s addressed immediately through coaching or reassignment.
