About

Play Pachelbel's Canon with both hands in seven days, without reading sheet music. Seven written lessons of 12 to 14 minutes, with keyboard diagrams and chord charts. Start Lesson 1 today. Maybe you took piano lessons as a kid. Maybe you always meant to start and never did. Either way, the page of notes is where it stops. This course builds chords by counting keys. Two counting rules give you every major and minor chord. By day 7 both hands play a complete piece. On day 7 you play: Pachelbel's Canon in the key of C, in 4/4 time. Your right hand plays its eight famous chords with the melody on top, and your left hand plays the bass. All 9 bars at 60, every note a white key. Your seven days Day 1. Find C and play your first three chords Day 2. Major chords: count 4, then 3 Day 3. Minor chords: count 3, then 4 Day 4. The four chords of a key Day 5. Inversions: change chords without moving your hand Day 6. Add the left hand: root, then fifth Day 7. Play Pachelbel's Canon with both hands What you need • A piano or keyboard.
